- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the responsibility of the client.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation shall survive termination of any agreement for a period of five (5) years, except for trade secrets, which shall remain confidential indefinitely.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RMO and Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Services.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any Service Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to RMO and Co LLC under that agreement in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
